Clayton Reference CL 6585
Site A major screened sewage transfer pumping station.
Objective The station was regularly failing consent due to system failure, the components of the existing MCC were failing constantly. We were contracted to keep the station in operation while replacing the MCC and cabling.
Solution We supplied and installed a new MCC housed in a separate GRP enclosure. We undertook a staged transfer from the existing control station to the new MCC. The control philosophy and software was developed in-house.
Notes Contract was completed with no disruption to operation and required out of hours and night working.
