Control Panels & MCCs We can design, manufacture & Supply control panels as part of a complete package, however at present we do not provide a supply only facilitiy. All MCCs and Panels are individually tailored to suit clients who have specific requirements and require a full pre-sales and after-sales supporting service. We provide full pre-contract support by working with our clients to identify their requirements and then offer the best solution which is not only cost effective but will also offer long term service with clearly defined operating parameters. We will be pleased to visit the site to discuss the operating equipment and control philosophy with the operators. Whilst on site we will also survey the existing equipment, check the power supply, determine any access problems and inspect the proposed location. This ensures that the final solution will integrate fully from day one. We can provide MCCs and Panels rated up to 1250 Amps at 415 volts with ASTA Certified Bus Bar Systems, any side cable entry, Wall or Floor Mounted, Contactor, soft and variable speed starters and drives, Relay or plc logic, mimic displays and HMI inputs. Steelwork is either a proprietary enclosure or for MCCs it is designed and manufactured to suit the clients design requirements. All bespoke steelwork is designed and manufactured with holes pre-cut before painting. We can also include on-site installation, cabling and commissioning. All cabling and electrical installation work is also fully NICEIC certified Typical control systems would include, Soft Starts, Variable Speed Drives, PLC ( Clients Preferred Manufacturer), Level Control, Flow Control, Mimics, Logic Summation, Process Control, Instrumentation and Automation. A full in-house plc programming service is available. Full after sales service is offered 24/7 by our service department team. Our free quotation service is available for all applications.
